A 3PL that shows its work

The usual trade-off with outsourcing logistics is control. Your stock goes into a provider’s warehouse and your view of it shrinks to whatever reports they send. WhiteBox was built the other way round: we’re a software company that runs the physical operation too, so the warehouse works out of the same live system you log into. Stock by SKU, orders by status, dispatches, returns — you see what we see, as it happens.

Because storage, fulfilment, value-added work and delivery happen under one roof, there are no hand-offs between vendors — and no gaps where stock goes dark. Your goods arrive, get processed, and go out to consumers or retail partners from the same floor, tracked in the same system. When something needs attention — a low stock level, a delayed dispatch, a spike in returns — it surfaces in the dashboard, not in next month’s reconciliation.

Built for both sides of your business

Many brands run B2C and B2B in parallel: marketplace orders by the parcel, retail replenishment by the carton. Most 3PLs are tooled for one or the other.
